The structure of the teaching university consists of the governing bodies of the university, the educational unit, the administration, the human resources management and the quality assurance services.
The Board of Partners serves as the apex governing body of our Teaching University. It oversees the legality, viability, efficiency, and financial operations of the institution.
Responsibilities of the Board of Partners include:
Making decisions regarding alterations and additions to the University’s registration details and charter, as well as approving updated versions of the charter.
Appointing and removing the Rector of the Teaching University, following consultations with the Academic Council, and supervising their activities.
Authorizing the request of financial reports from the Rector at any given time to oversee financial documents and budget execution.
Having the authority to request updates from the Rector on the implementation of the Strategic and Action Plan for the Teaching University’s development.
Possessing the power to suspend or annul any legal actions by other governing bodies or officials that are deemed unlawful or conflicting with the university’s charter, statutes, or internal regulations.
The Academic Council serves as the primary representative collective responsible for managing the academic endeavors of our Teaching University.
1. Composition of the Academic Council:
The Chairman of the Academic Council, who is the Rector, alongside academic staff holding the title of Professor or Associate Professor at the Teaching University, and the Chairman of the Student Self-Government.
Teaching University Professors and Assistant Professors automatically hold Academic Board status upon assuming their academic positions, provided they do not waive their Academic Council membership.
Student members of the Academic Council gain their status through the Student Self-Government upon application.
2. Tenure of Academic Council Membership:
Membership tenure aligns with the duration of the respective positions held at the University. If no fixed term is specified, membership continues until resignation, barring early termination.
For student members, tenure aligns with the position of the Chairman of the Student Self-Government, unless circumstances necessitate early termination, as per established regulations.
